Books, videos, and one site to host it all
Converge wanted to create a missions-focused curriculum that would include:
- An engaging workbook
- Companion videos to go with the workbook
- A promotional video
- A website
- Branding
This was a big project—one that would involve ongoing management and many moving parts.
Integrated systems (and branding!)
This project would span a year. And after that year, everything needed to be organized enough for the Far Off Saints staff to maintain operations.
With so many moving parts, a strategic approach was needed.
Operational clarity at every step
Working with Converge International, we built everything from basic branding to scalable software processes.
We started with a name: Far Off Saints. We realized we needed a central image to build from and the name gave us an idea: Why not riff on the beauty of classic stained glass? This would pair nicely with the usage of the term 'Saints.' So we partnered with a local stained glass artisan to create a physical stained glass window which reflected whole the essence of the project: The far-off mountains of the world, multitudes raising their hands in song, a light in the darkness, and a pitcher of service. These images and concepts were then distributed to all aspects of the project.

Month by month, we worked through each step of the plan we developed. We followed an organized timeline that Far Off Saints had access to, so they always knew what we were working on.
Today, Far Off Saints manages their own blog. That’s because we created systems and processes with them in mind. We’re always available to help, but they also have the tools they need to manage their site.
Far Off Saints was looking for a partner who could do it all—photos, video, web design and development, branding, and more. What they found was a creative team that was transparent, organized, and saw a massive, 12-month long project through to completion.
